Meet Alex Bradley

Alex Bradley, MD, MBA is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement, complex reconstruction, and revision hip and knee replacement surgery.  Through his training, he has extensive experience with minimally invasive and outpatient joint replacement surgery.

Dr. Bradley studied biomedical engineering at the prestigious Northwestern University and attended medical school at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, graduating at the top of his class in both programs.  After four years in Southern California, Dr. Bradley returned to Chicago, where he worked at the world-renowned University of Chicago, completing his internship and residency in orthopaedic surgery.  While training to be an orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Bradley spent nights and weekends working towards an MBA at the #1-ranked University of Chicago Booth Business School, honing many of the skills that are not traditionally taught in medical school or residency.  Finally, he completed his training with a fellowship at Rush University Medical Center, one of the leaders in orthopaedic care worldwide, and the birthplace of outpatient joint replacement.

Throughout his training, Dr. Bradley has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and been invited to present his work at conferences across the country.

When not helping patients, Dr. Bradley loves to travel and being active, spending much of his free time hiking and biking in the summer, skiing in the winter, and playing sports, like ice hockey, year-round.  Despite now living in California, Dr. Bradley remains a huge Michigan football and Detroit sports fan.
